Annual Meeting

2020 Board of Director Election Results

As you recall, our 66th Annual Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, March 18th. We postponed it as a precautionary measure to help flatten the curve of the coronavirus. One item of business that takes place during the meeting is the announcement of our Board of Directors election results. Even with no physical meeting taking place, we would like to take the opportunity to inform our membership of their newest representatives digitally.

Our members have chosen the following individuals (in no particular order) to sit on the 2020 ISU Credit Union Board of Directors:

  • Mike Klements
  • Debra Gerber
  • Lisa Leyshon

2020 Board Election
Congratulations to all three candidates!

Letter from Supervisory Co. Chair

Dear Members,

The results of the ISU Credit Union board election are in. As the chairperson for the ISU Credit Union Supervisory Committee, it is my responsibility to ensure board election results are unbiased and independent. The election was conducted by the third-party, independent polling organization CU Ballot. I have reviewed the results and confirmed their accuracy. The following three members have been elected to represent the membership as directors for the ISU Credit Union board:

• Mike Klements
• Debra Gerber
• Lisa Leyshon

Board members are elected to a three-year term, with a member wide election for three open spots each year. ISU Credit Union is a member owned cooperative, and it is the role of these volunteer board members to set the strategic vision for the future of the credit union.

We appreciate all who volunteered to serve on the board of directors, and encourage all members to actively participate in the cooperative. For more information regarding ways to get involved, or to learn more about ISU Credit Union, please visit www.isucu.org.

Sincerely,

Reese
