We have been made aware of recent scams affecting credit union members. Fraudsters are calling, posing as CU employees and asking for account numbers, debit card numbers, PINs, Social Security numbers, date of birth, and even the member's account secure word.
These calls are 100% fraudulent and anyone who receives them should hang up immediately.
In the event we do need to contact you regarding your account, we may ask questions to validate your identity, but we will NEVER ask you for complete account numbers, card numbers, or online credentials.
When in doubt, hang up and give us a call at (208) 235-7100.
Remember: All members with the Rewards Plus checking account have access to the identity monitoring service "FraudDefender" at no extra cost.
Please call 208.235.7100 with questions or visit your local branch .
Reminder! All members who have the Rewards Plus Checking Account have free access to the identity theft protection service, Fraud Defender. Whether you were affected by this incident or not, call or come in to your local branch to learn more about this benefit.
